Inclusive Language Guide

A project that spanned the course of three months, the Inclusive Language Guide was crafted in close partnership with the national Compass Marketing team.
Created as a tool for respectful inclusivity in the workplace, Compass Houston launched the Inclusive Language Guide nationally through a digital flipbook platform. They layout was designed using large, bold lettering and full-bleed imagery to maximize its digital viewing experience. A topographic element was chosen to accent the design as a symbol of cultural geographic roots.

SOCIAL MEDIA LAUNCH
Social media assets were created to market the launch of the guide, where a host of panelists were programmed to openly discuss important topics highlighted within the digital guide.These assets would be used to promote the event on Compass' Instagram, Facebook, and Workplace accounts.
